3. Can I return a product purchased from the platform?
Given the perishable nature of the fresh fruit products, returning is only possible at the time of delivery.

We will review the request and confirm the refund amount within 24 hours.

You can claim refund or substitution for the product found not satisfactory by registering the complaint on our customer service helpdesk

4. When can I expect the refund to be issued?
Within 24 hours

5. How much time will it take to get the refund in my bank account?
It usually takes 6-8 days for the refund to be processed and transferred to your bank account.

6. How do you ensure the freshness of the fruits during delivery?
We use innovative supply chain processes and technology from sourcing to delivery, suitable for fresh fruit to keep it fresh.

We source our fruits from the international importers who are certified to supply to global markets, including the developed markets like the United States and European Union.

This ensures you get international quality fruits at your doorstep.

7. What areas do you currently deliver to?
We currently deliver in selected areas of Pune city to ensure we adhere to our brand promise. We are working hard to expand our delivery network daily.

8. How is the packaging sustainable?
Our fruit basket is made of bamboo sourced from a hardworking tribal community in Tripura. It is reusable for storage and can be disposed off sustainably.

Further, our polybags are made of compostable plastic material, and can be disposed off with no guilt for the environment. FreshNDry poly bags are fully compostable unlike plastics, or even biodegradable plastics which leave some microplastics in the environment.

9. Can I customize my fruit basket?
Yes, you can.
